Confess that you love Orchid too

"There may be a problem with your offer," you explain to Katherine, ignoring her cold glare. "Against my better judgment, I believe that I too have fallen in love with Orchid. She said something to me, I'm sure you picked it up on your sensors somehow, but she wanted me to help."

"Other test subjects have created emotiomatic responses similar to you, don't consider yourself anything special," Katherine seems angry, jealous even.

"It doesn't matter," you continue, "she could love every person she's seen, but I'm probably the only one who might just be able to get her out of there."

"So you're in?"

"I'm in, but not for the money. I'm in it for Orchid."

Katherine thinks about it for a few seconds. She seems to be sizing you up.

"If you're considering double crossing me after I get her out of there Katherine, I wouldn't. I've left better women than you waiting to be parsed out at tissue disbursement centers."

Katherine swallows nervously, but the hard edge in her eyes is still there.

"Fine. That's fine. We'll do this together, but we let Orchid decide who she wants to end up with. Let her pick."

You nod.

"So how do you want to do this?" You ask.

"I was hoping you had an idea of where we could start. I have top level clearance, but-"

Just as Katherine is about to continue a stone-faced man in a dark longcoat approaches the cooler and begins slowly looking through it.

"Maybe this isn't a good time..." Katherine glances at the man nervously.
