Call the cops

You contact the police and they come quickly. There are news trucks and lawyers, tons of people questioning you for days. After the dust settles it is determined that you had the right to do what you did and that it technically wasn't you that set the whole thing up since there were massive alterations made to your personality (Really?!) But you are put under a mandatory psychiatric schedule and are required to check in three times a week. Other than a small financial hit (you inherited all of your own stuff, there were taxes) and your required therapy there were no other consequences for your actions, you even kept your job.
