Why stop at his family?

He thought about it and thought why stop at changing just his family. He wished that all females in the world (animals to) were males and that they got pregnant. After he made the wish his brother gained a baby bump and so did he. He added that they have to want to get pregnant and that giving birth was painless. He lost his baby bump but his brother didn't.
