Chapter 12 by reaper13
What do you bring her on your next visit?
A healthy meal
The next day, you returned to your captive. Just like you promised, you had something special for her. A big meal, with lots of meat. Freshly roasted pork, grilled chicken legs, several vegetables and a bottle of wine.
When she was first locked up in here, you had told the wardens to feed her the same way they would any other prisoner. A diet of bread and water, basically.
Now, with all the wonderful food you’ll bring her, she’ll undoubtedly be very appreciative.
At first, she was distrustful. Why would she accept food from her captor. But then the scent of meat got the her and she happily accepted the delicious nourishments.
“I was just wondering.” You say while Doe is chewing on one of the chicken legs. “A captain of your expertise must have some crazy sailing story’s, right?”
Doe gulped down the meat she had just bitten from the bone and said “Well, there was this one time where my first mate found what he believed was a treasure map. Begged and pleaded with me to go track it down. Even promised to share it with everyone on the ship.”
She paused to take a swig from the wine bottle, then continued her story.
“We found a treasure all right. Dug up a chest to go with it.”
“Wow.” You say in amazement. “What was in it?”
“Stone carvings of some ancient goddess.” Doe said with a straight face. “Several dozens of them.”
You couldn’t help but snicker as you facepalm. “Someone actually filled a chest full of small statues and buried it?”
“And then put in the effort to make a map to its location.” Doe said just before she took a bite from some pork.
“However,” she continued with a mouth half full of pork, “He did share the statues with everyone on the ship, like he promised. You don’t want to know what we all did with them.”
You continued conversing and both of you had a good time. When you feel the time is right, you try another chance to have your way with Doe and get your dice.
“Want to try another chance at your freedom?” You ask.
“No thanks.” Doe replies. “Last time those dice got me fucked. I’m not risking them again.”
Damn, that’s going to be an issue. You think for another way to … You take the half empty bottle of wine and cork it. You then place it sideways on the floor and say, “if it points to the door, you can go.”
“And if it points at me, I have to let you do me again?” She replies.
“That’s the idea.” You say with a smirk.
Doe remains silent for a while. It is obvious she is considering it. Eventually she says “All right, spin it.”
With that, you spin the bottle.
Which direction does the bottle point in?
