A public park

Thinking maybe you could try your luck at a park you teleport yourself to a town square, looking around for victims. It's still early, so the pickings aren't great, however you do spot a young couple walking their dog, a woman jogging around the edges of the park and a pair of teens who appear to be walking to school.
