Let Karyn fix herself.

"Okay, Karyn, how about this? I wish for Karyn to change her body back to however she'd like it."

"Wait, does it really work like that?" Karyn sounded rather skeptical. John could imagine her, head cocked to the side, brow arched.

"I don't really know - like I said, I'm still kind of new to this whole thing myself."

"Well, okay, say that it does. Do I just make a wish and that's that?"

"Um…well, I guess that should be all you need to do?" John ventured. Maybe it would work - the voice had said he had absolute power, so he could probably grant wishes to other people, right? "Just make sure you're specific with what you want. I don't know if this wishing thing actually acts on what you say or what you really want, so just be careful."

Karyn "hmm"ed on the other end of the line for a few moments. "Okay, I'll give it a try, I guess. Hang on, I'm going to put the phone down for a minute."

John could hear some shuffling on the other end of the line, and then nothing for several more moments. Then, all of a sudden, he heard a squeal, and a sudden burst of sound as the phone on the other end was picked up, dropped, and picked up again.

"Johnjohnjohn! You're not going to believe this or maybe you will because you already know about this wishing thing and what it can do and all that stuff and omigod I'm rambling but I just can't help myself because this is totally INSANE and-" John sat there blinking at the receiver as Karyn drew in a few deep breaths before continuing. "Never mind all that. You need to get over here. NOW. Like right now! Hang up the phone and get moving! Oh my god, this is amazing!"

With a click, the phone line went dead, leaving John rather stunned. He had expected a certain amount of joy, possibly a bit of gratitude, but Karyn's reaction was more animated than he had imagined. Not to mention, it did have him curious as to what changes she had made to herself. Karyn had never seemed too self-conscious about her body, but maybe she wasn't totally happy with her old self?

At any rate, John could go see Karyn…or experiment a bit further with these new powers of his.
