You wake up

You wake up, gasping for air, your head laying in Martha’s warm lap.

“There, there, worm. You didn’t really think I’d kill you? I always leave them gasping for more.”

You’re too winded to reply, as she gets up and throws you to the floor.

“Time for more smothering,” she says looking down at you.
