Tiffany smuggly replies, "You're free to go David, but I am afraid there have been a lot of reports of teenagers pulling pranks in the area. A naked high school student could attract unwanted attention. And I'm afraid the next officers won't be as horny, and you could end up in small cell with no cloths for hours. Don't you agree Jenn?"

Jenn creeps closer to you, and says "I am afraid that's very true. But we're willing to let you earn these cloths we just found on the ground."
