Scratch

"Scratch Charmander!"
"Squirtle tackle!"

Charmander moves first and sinks its claws right into the center of Squirtle's face. That must have really hurt.

Squirtle stumbles back a few steps and falls over.

"What? Unbelievable! I picked the wrong Pokemon!" Blue cries in defeat, sending Squirtle back into its Pokeball.

"You did great Charmander! Now take a nice long rest." You say, holding out its Pokeball. Charmander disappears in a flash of light.

You actually beat him at something! This has never happened before.

"Okay. I'll make my pokemon fight to toughen it up. Red! Gramps! Smell you later!"

Even in defeat he's obnoxious.
