Upon zooming in i saw that that with normal Parts of blood like wbc rbs plasmas there contains black cells with very complex construction inside them. They themselves attach to any wbc or rbc and in mere seconds that rbc wbc starts to mutate and changes into a black cell running s chain reaction. So whatever this thing is replacing Sally's blood with itself. Don't know if it is killing her, she seems fine even better than before. What if i add my blood into it too, i took out a puncturing needle and punctured my skin and droped down a drop of my blood on the test sample, the black cells quickly started latching and started mutation in these too , my cells when mutated had different internal structure than that of sally's. I couldn't reach any conclusion , Maybe need more test.

Suddenly i heard Sally calling me.

Sally:- honey mom is going...

I stood up and went out to greet her goodbye.

She went out of the door , sally closed the door.

Sally:- huff.. thank god she didn't noticed these, btw did you find out anything in tests.

Sally:- why did it turned black ?

I replied nothing keeping my face serious, picked up the syringe, and dropped a drop of blood onto her palm, it quickly merged into it like a drop of water merged back in ocean . I emptied the syring and it all just absorbed .

Sally:- Whats happening , just tell me.
