A few weeks

In truth, you had almost forgotten about Nastia Liukin ever having been in your office, but she returned a couple of weeks after the first meeting and brought you a signed contract.

"I would've signed it sooner John, but I've been hearing things about what goes on in this office," she tells you as you curse your receptionist under your breath and wonder how you'll go about getting her to shut up about these things.

"Nastia, I can assure you that nothing that goes on in here, or anywhere that I am out with my clients for that matter, is against their wishes," you tell her, hoping that she doesn't smell the bullshit in the air as she sits down on your couch.

"I have every reason to believe you," she tells you, a sense of relief being palpable on her face, "but I'm not just asking for me. I've heard from some of my gymnast friends who have moved on to other things like I have."

You think you see where she's going, but you nod your head in agreement and ask her to continue.

"And some of them might be interested in signing on with you, as well. If you'd like to accompany me to an event that I'm appearing at, I could set you up to talk to some of them," she tells you as she gets up to leave, giving you no sign that she wants to get physical with you at all.

But if she can lead you to more of her friends, you think you can hold off just a little while longer.
