Dave, the crazy fan with designs on **** Kelly Clarkson, never got his chance as he was caught prowling around the dressing room waiting to pounce on Kelly and was captured.

When Kelly leaves the dressing room and is informed of what almost happened to her, she decides she wants to see the person who saved her.

"Hi Kelly, the name's Max," a man in his early 30's says as he meets Kelly for the first time, "I run this store. I would've done the same for any woman who was in danger, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a crush on you."

"I'm in town for a few days baby," she says to him, flirting with him despite the wedding ring on her finger, "how would you like to spend them with me?"
