"Hi John Doe." You say.

The woman types it into her computer and looks at the screen. "Ah yes Mr Doe you have the penthouse suite which is on the top floor." She says handing you a key card. "The bellhop will bring you your bags in about half an hour." She says. "And the lifts are over there." Pointing to the left corner.

"Thanks." You say.

"Have a nice day." She then says as you walk towards the lifts.

You press the button for the lift and the doors open straight away. You let someone out before entering you look at the buttons and see that the top floor is flor 50, which you press. The lift starts to move.
