Tell Helen that she's sick

"Yes, sir!" Helen says. "I'm a very sick person and I need you to punish me for being so sick."

She grabs your wrist and thrusts herself up against the knife, neatly impaling herself. Blood bubbles out from between her trembling lips.

"I am so turned on!" she gurgles.
