One of the men turns a nob on the device, as he does the real Sakura suddenly finds her arms in the same position as her clones, her legs look like they are bound...and he mouth is gaping open as if gagged...she is now a mirror image of her clone, but with clothing still on.

Sakura loses her balance and falls onto the ground hard, to any onlooker she is just lying there pretending to be trussed up.
