Ask Kori what to do.

She looked at me curiously, "I thought you had some ulterior motives?" she asked back at me.

"I did, but its up to you right now." I replied, me on the floor and her rubbing her head.

"Lets go to the party, even if you're still mad at Tavion, you've got no say against him when he loves your sister and she him." What she said made me feel a little bit sympathetic again. I didn't like feeling it for him, but I couldn't stop.

"I-" starting to say something she leaned over in the bed to me, "Yeah, you're right." I couldn't face her when she looked me down that way. "I might have to forgive him."

"Might?"

I gave a laugh, but she was serious, "I promise."

"Good." She smiled and got up from the bed. "Now lets go before they start." We went off from the yurt and my mom came to greet us. She was far more mellow compared to my dad, and far more forgiving.

"Rohland, you know you should always bring your girlfriend around me before your father." she said to me and I rubbed the back of my neck. "You must be Kori, such a pleasure to meet you."

Kori blushed and flusterd a bit, "A pleasure to meet you too."

"Forgive my lack of introduction, and my son's rudeness." she giggled, "My name is Lisa Greystone."

Kori bowed a little bit, "Honored."

"Now, when's the party gonna start?" I ask mom as she was conversing with Kori.

Mom looked at me with a little bit of anger, "You don't remember?" she turned to Kori,"What a pitiful boy sometimes, I swear." she smiled and then turned to me, "In about two hours, around ten I think. Your father wanted to do another bon fire, you should really go see what he's up to." she suggested and then turned away, "Now, I need to go and look after your sister, she's not as mature as you are." she winked to us and I looked down to Kori.

"Eh... should we tell her?" I asked her and Kori just punched my arm.
