You decide to open the door, figuring that evading law enforcement in a foreign, futuristic city is probably a bad idea. Before you open it, you decide to drop the knife and cloth over the balcony, in case it gets you into trouble.

Two police officers wearing dark grey uniforms with a 'Tantalus City Police Department' on the front are standing in the doorway, with weapons - which look like handguns, but who knows? - pointing at you. They both look human. One looks young with clear blue eyes and blond hair cut short. The other is older with brown eyes and hair in a buzzcut style. "Sir, you're wanted for questioning at TCPD headquarters. Come with us willingly or we'll have to cuff you and take you there," the blond officer says. The officers enter the room and reach for your upper arms to escort you out of the room.
