Try the emergency exit

If this wasn't an emergency, Cassie wasn't sure what it was. She was in a strange place with no memory of how she got here, she was naked, and the effect that the headphones had on her was simply not normal. Whoever had brought her here could explain themselves to the police soon enough. Right now, she feared for her safety.

Covering her bare breasts as best she could with one arm, Cassie reached for the doorknob and pulled. The door was lighter than she expected, and it swung open. It took her a few second to process what she was seeing.

There was no exit on the other side. A metal plate similar to a road sign covered the wall behind the door. Several words were printed on it, starting with, "It would be unhealthy to leave." Near the bottom was an electronic device with an LCD screen and alphanumeric buttons, and at the bottom lay a violet-colored bra and panties. Speakers attached to the inner door began to produce static just as the headphones had, and it sounded pleasant to her ears.
