combat trial

"It seems you are starting to make that ability your own," said a voice over the speaker. shaking my head knowing it was time for testing I stood up and did a few basic stretches.

"So, what are we testing this time," I asked. I had my arms stretched over my head.

"Today will be a combat trial," said the voice. "You appear to be getting the hang of fighting with your abilities but the best way to test that is with fighting. this time you will fight a small group. for this test we are banning the use of your clones you must fight just as yourself."

"Great," I mutter under my breath. I was tempted to just use my clones anyway, but if I want to escape, I need them to lower their guard. the only way that will happen is if I do as they say. "So is this some more missing-nin like last time," I asked.

"No, this time it is a group of samurai that a contact of our manage to capture.," he said. I perked up at this this would be a good way to test my sword style.

"Very well," I said. I then look over at the bed. "Matt wake up," I ordered. he soon got up and stood next to the bed. "Stand in that corner," I said pointing to a far-off corner. if my opponents were samurai, they would not attack an innocent.

as soon as he stood in the corner the door opened showing the guards forcing three samurai inside. they had their hands tied behind their backs. one guard also had all three of their swords. "Hello gentlemen. you are here to test the combat ability of our experiment. if you can beat her then we will release you. Naruko if you don't win and kill them then you will face a severe punishment.

"I am sorry miss but we must win," said one of the samurai. they had been released and given their swords. as the guards left the room.

"I am sorry too," I tell them. "But I do not want to be punished. oh, and him in the corner is a noncombatant," I tell them pointing to the corner where Matt was.

"Understood," said another samurai.

"Enough talking now fight," said the person on the speaker.
