Continue from Emmaline's POV

Emmaline was not in a good mood as she left John ‘s apartment. She dreaded what would happen when she got to the frathouse. She really hated the gangbangs Chet **** her to endure, all those fratbrothers pawing at her, forcing themselves into her. The last time she had been sore for a week, after being **** to be the entertainment at one of those parties.

And being discarded for John or, as she corrected herself in her head, Doe, or the little freak, as she thought of him/her, didn’t do wonders for her disposition either.

Not for the first time since all of this happened she thought back to the beginning, when she had first met Chet and his family. Never in a million years would she have thought something like this would happen to her. To others yes, she thought, but they had it coming to them, the whores! She was special, Chet had said. Hah, she thought bitterly, she’d been proven wrong.

Maybe, when Doe was his favorite anymore, she’d be set free? She could but hope, but then again, not being Chet’s personal toy anymore might have its downsides as well, she never did find out what had happened to Alicia when Emma was **** to take her place. No, don’t think about that! Emma thought violently stamping those kinds of thoughts out.

Then, as she walked towards her humiliation in the frat house, she began to reminisce, about when it all started.

Over a year ago, when she had first met Chet she’d been immediately attracted to him. However he’d been dating Alicia Lockman at the time. She’d know Alicia before that, both were daughters or rich businessmen and moved in the same circles. They weren’t exactly friendly though, and now, with Alicia dating the man she wanted, it moved into a hatred.

Emma began to try and seduce Chet, making sure he saw her every day, flirting outrageously when Alicia wasn’t there, and making as many disparaging comments about Alicia as possible. About a month after she started, Alicia and Chet broke it off, Emma was so happy about that, she didn’t learn the reason why until much later. She also didn’t find out until later that just because Chet and Alicia weren’t dating any more, that didn’t mean they stopped fucking. Just that the roles in the relationship had drastically changed.

Emma wasted no time in getting Chet to go out with her, he readily agreed and soon the two most popular people, Alicia being largely forgotten by most people, started dating.

Alicia had stopped going to classes, and as they say, out of mind, out of sight.

When Emma asked about Alicia, about a month later, Chet got this weird smile on his face, asking her if she really wanted to know. After this, Emma got really curious, the more mysterious Chet acted, the more she wanted to know, until he finally gave in.

“You see” Chet began, as they walked to the mansion owned by Chet’s parents “Alicia and her family had become accustomed to a certain standard of living. And when her father’s company started failing…”

“Her father’s company’s failing?” Emma asked incredulously. Even though she thoroughly disliked Alicia, to which she automatically added her family, her father, Nicolas Lockman was a well thought of businessman, Emma’s own father had even, though be it grudgingly, given him praise.

“Nicolas made some rather bad investment calls, so the company almost went under. Luckily my parents were willing to, ah, help them out.”

“What do you mean?” asked Emma, not at all happy with Chet’s parents helping the family of Alicia, who she had silently labeled ‘that whore’ in her head.

“My father bought their company, and has changed management. Nicolas is staying on at the moment, but in a rather reduced role, more of a figurehead then a leader. Of course, our help didn’t come free.”

“If they didn’t have any money, what are they repaying you with?” Emma asked, intrigued despite herself.

“You’ll see” Chet added mysteriously as they entered the house. “This way” he said, leading Emmaline to the basement.
