Go for a walk

You decide to stretch your legs and just explore the neighborhood. No telling what you might find.

As you get about four blocks from your home, you see a couple of men looking your way with a certain gleam in their eyes. They seem to be construction workers, judging from their build, clothing, and the utility van next to them. They look a little rough, but you find that somewhat exciting. You decide to go flirt with them and see what transpires.

Brad is about 30 and introduces you to Allen, who is slightly oler. They are both well tanned and muscle-bound from years of hard work. You tell them you just moved to town, and are surprised at how interested they seem to be in the fact that you live alone and that you haven't yet connected with anyone in the community. In fact, it makes you a little uneasy, so you make your excuses and prepare to leave.

"Wait a minute," Brad says, jumping into the back of the van. "I want to give you our card, in case you need anything. You never know when you might need a handyman, right?"

His smile is charming, and he has agood point. Besides, what harm could there be in just taking his card? Brad reaches out with his hand, offering his card. You step to the open door and reach in to retrieve it.

Without warning, Allen shoves you into the van, slamming the door behind you. Before you can react, Brad grabs you tightly and forces a cloth over your nose and mouth. You try to resist, but you are no match for Brad's strength.

There must be some kind of chemical in the cloth, because you feel your strength leaving you and darkness settling in. Your last memory before blacking out was hearing the van start up and feeling it pull away from its parking place.
