You press the black button and shortly after you are on the corresponding floor.

To your right hangs a digital board that seems to show the available rooms. You go over and take a look.

On the left are the rooms, and on the right is the number of people in the room.

Blackroom 2 and 4 seem to be full. And Breeding Event 2 seems to be just starting. So that leaves Blackroom 1 with two more people (A cozy round, then), Blackroom 3 with 8 people (A sex party, you might say) and Blackroom 5 (A whole orgy).

In addition, Breeding Event 1 with six more people is still going on.

You don't know what the "?" is supposed to stand for, but possibly it's just a placeholder for more rooms.
