Back to Carter's Room

MONDAY.

18 SEPTEMBER.

9AM.

BIRTHDAY.

As the clock in the campus square chimed 9am. Theresa (Tree, to anyone other than authority figures) opens her eyes. She no longer needs to get her bearings, she ignored her pounding head and numb body, she knew she wasn't in her sorority house and most importantly she was painfully aware of the fact she was completely naked.

"Hey, you're up! Yeah, I wasn't sure you wanted to sleep in or not..." Carter said on que.

Their interaction went about the same as before. Carter was polite, his roommate burst in, and Tree asked if she could stay a little longer before the pair of nerds exited the room. Now alone Tree finally took the time to truly contemplate her situation. She was stark naked in a boy's room outside the quad and every time she tried to run back to Kappa Pi Lambda someone would video her streaking across campus and put it online.

"Then I get back to the house," Tree said to herself looking up at the ceiling, "see the video, feel completely humiliated then end up back here."

Was that it? was the embarrassment and shame she felt knowing literal millions had seen her naked what was triggering her resets? Was God or fate turning back the clock to save her reputation? If that was it, then maybe just maybe all she had to do to stop the loops was keep from being humiliated in the first place. Maybe if she could make it make it back to her sorority house unseen or better yet just find some clothes the loops would stop. Then she could go back to her regular life as a fun loving but full dressed sorority girl. Unfortunately, that would mean she'd have to leave the dorm room. Tree looked down at the door and gulped.

"Well," Tree sighed before getting up and heading for the door, "Here we go again."

She really hoped she could get this done in one go.
