Across the deeper water to the opposite shore

You try to grab her before she can jump, but she's too fast. There's a big splash as she falls into the water and soon she's swimming furiously for the other side.

The water's pretty deep and it's a long way to the other side. You think that she'll probably get tired and slow down before she even makes it halfway.

You jump in the water after her but you stay underwater...

She's fast, but just as expected she starts to get tired and slow down. She looks back and not seeing you following her, she starts to swim at a more relaxed pace.

You're practically under her, admiring the silhouette of her body through her wet dress.
