To the Cathedral (Prepare for a Fight)

Thankfully, one of the articles you read mentioned the guild being close to the town?s cathedral, or else you?d have no idea where to begin looking. Magnolia was a bigger town than you expected, but luckily the cathedral was easy to see from the station.

You eventually reached the cathedral with little trouble. After you arrive, you can see the guild not too far off. Before you can take another step, you hear (and feel) a large blast ring out behind you. One of the buildings far away seems to have exploded, and you can see smoke rising from the wreckage. You make a dash towards it and your hands tense up, your body readying itself for a fight.

When you get there, a number of townsfolk are scattered throughout the streets. A few are injured, but thankfully they?ve only suffered minor wounds and it doesn?t look like anyone suffered anything fatal. You use your enhanced smell as a Dragonslayer to check for anything suspicious. You catch a whiff of something that smells like explosive Lacrima coming from one of the bystanders. Just as you prepare to confront the figure, you see a large iron pole slam into the ground in front of him from the sky. While the rest of the townsfolk begin fleeing, you and the stranger remain in the area as another person appears in the area.

The new arrival sports a number of metal studs on his face and arms, with a number of scars on the right one. He had long slicked back spiky hair that added to whatever wild vibe the guy was going for. He wore a black sleeveless tunic that had some kind of feathered ornament on the right side of his tunic that partially covered the shoulder, along with baggy white pants stuffed into a set of boots. On his left shoulder was the distinct mark of the Fairy Tail guild.

It wasn?t long before the new arrival started launching giant metal poles, amongst other metal weapons, at the stranger who smelled of Lacrima, who was doing his best just to avoid the larger projectiles. It didn?t take 2 minutes before the metal-mage of Fairy Tail had created a makeshift cell in the middle of the streets with the iron poles, capturing the stranger quite easily.

With a pleased(?) expression, the Fairy Tail mage took his time walking to his prisoner. Once he got close enough to touch the man though, the stranger grinned and pulled out a large chunk of Lacrima that began to glow brightly, threatening to blow them both to kingdom come before the mage could get away.
