Battle Plan

Jean fumed in her seat on the jet, glaring at Emma. Who was this bitch to openly was flirting with her husband in front of everyone! Who did she think she was?! Miss White Queen, Miss blonde, Miss giant tits. Jean pouted bitterly. She even noticed Logan, who had always had a flame for Jean, openly oogling Emma!

"Alright team, listen up." Cyclops said from the front. "We've arrived at a Sentinel attack in New York City. I need Emma with me."

He paused to look at Emma, who returned a saucy smile. Jean made a squeak of annoyance, but everyone ignored her.

"Everyone else, pair up and try to take down a Sentinel. Jean..." Jean sat up as she was finally addressed by her husband. "You're on crowd control. And try to stay out of the way, you're not powerful enough to face a Sentinel."

Jean froze like she'd been slapped in the face. Not powerful enough... she was the most powerful X-men who'd ever lived!! She was too powerful, that was the problem!
