Tentacles.

Kim stands there for several moments with her soapy hands still on her head, waiting, hoping for a responce, but hears nothing. She quickly turns her face into the stream of water and washes the soap from her eyes, blinking them open and pulling the edge of the shower curtain open to peek outside. The bathroom is just as it had been. Most of her clothing sits upon the sink, and her shirt hangs on a hook on the door. The only change is that the air is now heated, and filled with a thick fog that has begun clinging to the walls and mirror. She calls out again, "Hello?" but still recieves no reply. Her eyes scan around the small room for several seconds, waiting to see something, but nothing moves except the gently swirling fog.

Thinking it was just her imagination again, Kim pulls ther curtain back closed and steps back into the warm water pouring for the shower head, sloshing about in the water of the partially filled tub. She stands there, eyes closed, letting the water course down her back, and relaxing again when she feels something brush across the back of her leg. Her eyes fly open wide, and she stands there for a moment before spinning around to see what touched her. She loses her balance in the deepening water, her back slamming into the shower wall as she looks down at the drain. A mass of what look like giant worms rises from the drain's opening, writhing about in the water. Kim gags in disgust as the mass churns and twists, breaking the water, and rising out of it.
