Just as her breathing slows again, and she begins rationalizing that there was nothing there, a shape rises up, silhouetted against the light of the window. Kim's eyes wides, and her mouth opens in a silent scream as she presses her back against the wall further as if there were somewhere left to go. The shape lunges forward with a hissing sound, disappearing from view again. Kim feels the scaley form of the creature wrap itself around her thighs, dragging her away from the wall, causing Kim's head to land on the floor with a thud. She gropes at the carpet around her, searching for something to grab onto but can find nothing as she is dragged into the light coming in through the window.
For the first time, she sees her attacker, a huge snake! It's head is at least as big as her own, with glassy unblinking eyes, and crowned with several short spikey horns. A thick forked toungue intermittantly slides from a grinning mouth. The serpents thick body extends for several feet before dissappearing into the darkness.
Kim struggles to free her legs from it's grip, but it's far stronger than her. She swings her arms at the creature, hoping to strike it, but it deftly avoids her bows. The only thing she does manage to strike is her own hip. The Snake's body continues sliding around Kim's legs, alowing the serpent to lift it's head into the air and look down as the struggling Kim.
