Act 2: Ruin

Eve felt her corruption poisoning her, the curvy form she once held now changing again to reflect her inner changes. Flashbacks of corrupting others, being humanity's "Eve" of the present felt right again. Although her master at that time had no sway over her. The woman turned to the glowing blonde priestess and shuddered, they were something new. Glancing over at Jess she noticed a red glow changing her as well. Three horsemen of this world's apocalypse were rising. Eve grinned and eyed her first victims all rushing to her naked.

Three days later

We sat in the great hall, eating some subs when a tall woman in a dark blue leather outfit walked to the front and grabbed the microphone used by the teachers, “Hello everyone. My name is Spiral and I would like to inform everyone why we have had the past few days with you all locked in your rooms.”

I fidgeted nervously. I hadn’t been able to even see Eve or the others due to that rule, I hoped they are okay. I didn’t recognize the woman at the mic but I knew a hero when I saw one. This was big leagues.

“A strange curse has spread across the school. It was sexual in nature and amplified by an unknown source. With the help of my peers we have stopped the curse completely. However the source remains unknown. If anybody knows anything about it, it would be in all of our best interests to tell me. No one will be in trouble. We just want to be safe.”

She was good at seeming professional but I could hear the fear in her voice. There was a long silence. She nodded, “Classes will start again. But for the rest of the year the League of Heroes have assigned many of us to patrol and make sure the school stays safe. So don’t feel nervous about any of us being around. If anything you can ask us questions and know you are as safe as you possibly be. While respecting this school’s…unusual practices and rules.”

After a moment she faked a smile and spun, her curly red hair flowing as she walked away. I couldn’t help but notice how hot her perfectly shaped ass looked on her way out. Heroes now? Could this be a good thing? If that other force came through now at least I would have help.

It sounded like they dealt with whatever Eve and the others had tried to. Those girls were still missing. Which meant they were still a mystery. I took a bit from my sandwich and sighed. I missed my powerful girls, their knowledge, their cool adventures. But they were right. No matter what happens the first priority was mastering this power before I put an even bigger target on my back. Or worse, before someone comes to hit that target while I’m not ready.

I looked at my new schedule and sighed. I had sparring, channeling, protection, and another theory class this week. I was shit at all of that. Well I was shit at everything. I noticed Gina give me a warm smile and I smiled back. I was still a lucky guy. Old me would see this as a paradise.

Finishing lunch I grabbed my things and ignored my confused girls, contrary to our plan I walked in the opposite direction of class. If I was to do things this way, I was going to do them right.
