The first thing Randy spotted at the cafe were a couple of girls eating cookies and drinking coffee.

Randy walked up to them. "Oh my god, that's so disgusting!" he said.

"What?" asked the girl on the right.

"Those cookies are suppository cookies. You're supposed to shove them up your butt. It's perfectly normal, and you can do it right here and now instead of eating things that are supposed to go up your butt!"

The women were horrified. They stood up and undid their pants and slid them and and their panties down just far enough to shove the remaining intact cookies up their butts as they winced and screwed up their faces.

After that, Randy and Vanessa grabbed some sandwiches and sodas and took a seat.
