Before deciding, the girl attempts to scream for help

Before Kelly could decide on what she is going to do to the girl, said girl starts screaming

"Help! Help!" the blonde girl cried out as she attempted to squirm herself.

Kelly quickly spins herself around so that she is once again facing the girl's head. She grabs the blonde girl and forcefully turns her back so that she is now straddling the girl's stomach. She uses her hand to cover the girl's mouth, preventing her from screaming. Kelly then looks around to see if anyone heard the screaming and is coming. From the looks of it, no one is coming. "What is your name?" Kelly asked menacingly as she gave an equally threatening glare. She removes her hand to allow the girl to talk.

"Me... Megan," the girl stuttered out as she looked frightened of Kelly.

Kelly smirked at Megan's reaction. It's a clear sight to her that she is in control. Even if Megan's scream did attract anyone, Kelly didn't care. She had a feared reputation throughout high school, and she going to make sure it continues here. No one going to stop her. People being attracted by Megan's scream didn't bother her.

" Well, Megan, You just made a terrible mistake. I told you that if you screamed, I'll strip you buck naked," Kelly said smugly. "You screamed. So now I'm going to strip you naked. "

" NO. NO! Please!" Megan begs wide-eyed.

Kelly ignores the pleads, grabs the helm of Megan's shirt, and pulls up it. Megan attempts to resist, but it ends up being fruitless as Kelly pulls the shirt off her body. Megan's frilly pink bra, which holds back her perky pair of d-cup breasts, is now exposed.
