Quirk- Exponential Reciprocation

A truly odd and unpredictable quirk, Exponential Reciprocation allows it's user to power up in a number of ways based on the exposure of the subject to stimulus from another. In fights this has led to strange copies of the persons quirk being battled, the ability to instantaneously inflict damage on an opponent that had been done to the user, and in some cases even the user obtaining memories and feelings expressed by their target. The limits of the quirk are unknown but it's believed to be one of the most formidable and versitle quirks on record.

Known subject history-

The subject is truly a paragon of pain, both mental and physical. The first reports of the subject come at the age of 7 during the Chaotic Agaro rebellion in the United States. As is well know the attempt to usurp the democracy of the country was nearly a success, what is less well know is the reason for the failure to do so. It is believed the subjects parents where killed in the week long chaos that enveloped the country, though the identities of the parents have never been discovered. Through the released reports it seems that this single child defeated three of Agaro's top generals and subsequently murdered Agaro himself. It's said the battle was so intense that not a single hero could get within a mile of the conflict. When all was said and done the child had vanished and left Agaro's body with over 96 stab wounds.

Later reports of the child are undependable at best. It seems the child was on a rampage of sorts, with villains of the highest caliber being savagely defeated and left for the authorities at an alarming rate. Due to the immense power of the subject hero agencies were instructed not to engage in most scenarios, and on occasions when they did were woefully unsuccessful in doing so. In all engagements the subject never once injured a hero or civilian in the process of their escape. The subject kept on the move at all times traveling country to country to avoid capture, all the while never relenting in their perceived march of vengeance, hence the name given to the subject.

This march was ended in the heart of Japan on the subjects 15th birthday. During the battle of Kyoto the subject appeared during a particularly hopeless situation for the heroes. Though the subject defeated the villain he seemed to lose control as a result. In the following battle with the heroes themselves the subject injured more than 13 professionals before ultimately escaping capture. Exactly 24 hours after their disappearance the subject entered a police station and willingly turned themselves over to authorities. They were subsequently isolated in a detention center and brought to trial for countless crimes, though many charges were thrown out do to the subjects age at the time. Through the lengthy 2 year trial process they never spoke a word in their defense, actually never spoke a word in general.

At 17 the silence was broken through a special program in which up and coming heros would interview and mentor prisoners charged with vigilante related crimes. A student hero by the name Tsuyu Asui or "Froppy" spent extended periods of time with the subject and uncovered countless details and explanations of the crimes committed. Through her we have learned a good deal of the subjects motivations and personal code of conduct.

Multiple teams of researchers and phycologists have studied the subject and have given the green light for induction in the Vigilante Reclamation Project. Though in the past 2 years the subject has repeatedly been rejected for the program by government officials due to the unpredictable and dangerous nature of his quirk and history. As the current state of hero society and the world itself has entered dire straights the government has reconsidered it's position and now recommends the subject be given the chance to reduce their sentence through attendance and participation at UA university. Responsibility of the subject will be left to Shōta Aizawa otherwise know as "Eraser head" for the foreseeable future. As such any and all further reports will be made by him and any recommendations for reentry into a detention facility will be taken as an absolute.
