The mall

Janet had been blasted through the bank, into a nearby mall. Luckily, it appeared the mall had been evacuated in Recoil and Cutlass's rampage. She stood, hunched over and covering. Thank god no one happened to be here!

Janet touched her face. She still had her mask on luckily, and the small gloves her mother had made for her costume. The leotard was gone though. She never thought she'd miss that skimpy outfit, but she did now!

Janet was grateful she'd ended up in an empty mall. She could sneak into one of the stores and grab some clothes without anyone seeing her. Then she could slip away with no one the wiser...

Suddenly Janet heard voices. Her head swiveled.

"Where is she?"

"There's a hole in the wall over here!"

"It looks like she got launched into the mall!"

"Let's check it out!"

Janet cursed. Someone was coming! It could be the police, who may want to hold her in custody for all the damages. It could be reporters. Either one would be horrible, she could not get seen like this! She no longer had the choice of leisurely exploring the mall looking for clothes. Janet had to just run into the nearest store, find something to wear and get out of here! She darted towards the nearest store entrance, not bothering to read the name above the doors
