Madeline begins to plot her escape

Madeline did not care to stay a ****. She escaped the vault seeking freedom. Besides--she had a mission to complete. Her people depended on her. With the rest of her companions dead--she alone was their hope.

As the group trekked along Madeline knew she had to prepare for her escape, or else she might well be doomed.

She could try to win over a guard. While the legionaries were prohibited from **** her--since she would soon be someone's wife--she saw plenty of them eye her like a piece of meat. Madeline was sure one of them could be...persuaded.

Madeline considered trying to slow the travel of the group down by sabotaging the supplies--forcing them to stop or detour as they would need to forage.

She might be able to make a break for it that night.

She could also try to enlist the aid of her fellow slaves.
