Felicia had not run off while Spider-Man was in the vents, she was still standing on the roof with her back turned in her black costume. Well most of it. For reasons Spidey couldn't begin to comprehend, there was a massive hole in Black Cat's costume. Specifically a hole giving Spidey a perfect view of her fine ass. He had seen it before, back when they were dating, but he had not expected to see those rounded cheeks at this time and it really threw Spidey off.

"W-woow," He said voice cracking like he was back in high school. Cat turned towards Spider-Man, face filled with worry. She then looked down to see her exposed butt and her face went crimson. Felicia covered her exposed ass with her hands and turned around to hide it. In doing so Black Cat had just revealed the other holes in her suit to Spiderman. "Uh Cat," Spiderman said still in somewhat of a trance due to how much skin he was seeing, "I think you need a new suit. That one's really worn out."

"You idiot!" Black Cat spat angrily, "this is all your fault!"

"Yah, you think that chemical that got released was just colored air." She barked, "it was an experimental enzyme that melts inorganic matter."

"Really," Spiderman replied interested. Looking closely at Black Cat he noticed the holes in her suit were slowly expanding the enzymes were eating away at her clothes. "that's incredible! What's it composed of, what's it's rate of degradation, how strong are it's H bonds?"

"I don't know," Felicia stated throwing her hands in the air, "all I know is I was hired to steal it. Now its all gone and I got to get back home befor-"

Just as Black Cat was explaining herself a new hole developed on her suit. One directly over her left breast. The magnificent orb had popped out right in front of Spiderman.

"Whoa"

"Gah!" Cat screamed pressing her free arm against her exposed bit. Spider-Man instinctively snickers.

"Are you happy!" Black Cat hissed.

"well I'm not I have to go home like this. Thanks a lot Spider."

"You're Welcome," Spidey said earnestly.

"Augh," Cat continued, "Sometimes you really wear me thin."

"Like that suit."

"Go to hell," Cat yelled looking away and crossing her arms.

"All right all right," Spidey said, "I'm sorry. Look lets just get out of here while your suit's still in one piece."

"Our suits," She whispered.

"Pardon?"

Cat looked back at Spidey with a smug smile on her face.

"Oh I'm sorry did the Amazing Spiderman forget I wasn't the only one doused in gas."

Spiderman's eyes widened as he slowly started to look down. Sadly he saw exactly what he feared he would. His suit was also full of holes. But that wasn't it. One of those holes had opened right on his crotch and his penis, semi-erect from seeing so much of Black Cat was out!

"Holy Crap," Spidey yelled throwing his arms over his exposed member, "I look like the Spot!"

"Ha, more like a Spot themed Stripper if you ask me."

"Cat now's not the time."

Suddenly a bright light shone on them both. The two half costumed vigilantes looked up and saw a police helicopter with a searchlight baring down on them.

"Hold right there you perverts!" The pilot announced over the speaker, "You're under arrest for breaking and entering and attempted robbery, and I'm added indecent exposure to the charges."

"Hey I've technically only committed two of those offenses," Spiderman protested.

"Less quipping more running." Black Cat yelled. The pair ran and jumped off the building. Spidey used his webshooter while Cat used her grappling hook to swing away from the scene of the crime.
