Go for a drink!

Well, I suppose I could go for a drink... You do only live once.

I look around in one final attempt to catch my friend but I walk away. Too many people were bumping into me anyway. I walk towards the counter and take a seat. The bartender comes up to me and I notice that he must be about thirty years old. Chances are that he isn't a student and maybe works for the school.

"What will you have?" he asked me, cleaning up a glass in the most cliche way possible.

"I'll have a..." I said, not knowing what to order. I was so very new at this. So new, in fact, that I didn't even know what drink to pick.

"She'll have an orange vodka." a man said, cutting me off. He then said, turning to me "It's on me."

I think I could recall that rugged face. That must be Nigel Landis. I've talked to him one or two times in our English studies class. He seemed like an alright guy though Janice has warned me that if there was one deadly sin he could represent, it would be lust. Maybe I should get out of here...
