An old childhood memory...

You think hard for a minute. Something you want to do. You'd like to go out. On a date. You've never done that. But where to go. You wrack your brains. Through the fog of Curse-addled memories, an image forms. Somewhere you went when you were little. You'd loved it. The memory is almost gone now, only the barest glimmer remains. Maybe you can make a new memory.

You look up at Alex. Excitement rushes through you. You feel like a little girl. "Can I...I'd like...Would you go out with me to the zoo?"
Alex smiles. "I'd love that,"
