Shortly after the Small Council meeting ends, every goes their separate ways. You are hoping you might spend some time with the new women in your life.
Alas, most of them are currently needed elsewhere. Margaery is headed for the throne room, where she and Renly can hold court. Mira and Sera will be accompanying their mistress, and Brienne is currently on guard duty to protect the king. Talisa also heads out with King Robb. Perhaps she and her husband plan to make an heir.
The only one who is currently available is Lady Catelyn. Luckily, she seems more than willing to spend time with you. "Do you have plans, Brynden?" she asks sweetly.
"Not currently, my lady," you tell her, "But that could change, depending on your own plans for the day."
She just smiles and says, "I was wondering if you would like to accompany me to my chamber."
You smile back and say, "That would be just fine."
Catelyn is similarly pleased. "There is just one thing: we would not be alone."
"Oh?" you say. "Who else would be there."
"My daughters," Catelyn replies, "I mean to catch up on all the time I lost with them during the War."
Your smile just widens. Two lovely young women AND their mother? "The more, the merrier."
"Wonderful," says Catelyn. She then takes your hand and leads you through the Red Keep. On the way, you meet up with Lady Sansa and Lady Arya, who happily accompany their mother to her bedchamber. You find yourself looking forward to whatever comes next.
