You awaken to silence in a dimly lit room. Beside you can feel Gwen’s warmth and her breathing slow and steady with sleep. You lay there, trying to decide what to do. From what you could see before getting involved that just breaking into the militia compound would be difficult if not suicide. So the best way to free Gwen and Lea’s friends would be infiltration.
It would be so easy to turn away and find a way out of the city with them and start over . Slowly as to not rouse her you slip from the bed and pad over to the window. Looking down you see that the Militia has gotten some of the back up generators for the hotel running, judging from the light from the flood lamps down there. You could see three good sized fire faintly in the night you could hear crude laughter and feminine despair.
What it comes down to you decide is can I live with myself. After a couple more minutes you make your decision.
