VR Day 10 - Calming down

You are... a bit less of an animal now that you are calming down. At dinner, you come clean with Viti about everything that happened on your end, and she tells you about her interactions with Sheva. She is a bit miffed at Sheva, but she's too nice to really say that.

"She really cares about you," you tell her.

"It is," Viti begins, looking annoyed. "It is an overreach," she says.

You grin. Viti's English is half of what makes her so perfect.

"I know what you mean. But you would try to protect your friend too, right?"

"I do not need to be protect from you," Viti says, looking up at you with total honesty. You blush. It's nice that she thinks you're that great...

"But Sheva doesn't know that," you remind her.

Viti sighs. You look over to see Sheva staring at you both.

"Don't say it," you say to her.

"Say what?" she replies, taking a bite of pasta. "Don't say get a room? You've got one."

You roll your eyes. Viti looks embarrassed. You are being openly lovey with Viti at the Lodge, so now you have to deal with your teammates making just about how you obviously won because the captain has such a strong 'bond' with goalkeeper... but that's OK. After you eat, you and Viti go to the big room where everyone wants to chill out and watch movies. Your plan is to snuggle all night, but Viti has another idea. Maybe she doesn't like scary movies, because she whispers in your ear as soon as the movie starts getting intense.

"Come upstairs in five minutes," she whispers.

You are shocked. How bold of her.

"OK," you say, and she leaves. You settle back on the couch and get comfy to wait, a dumb smile on your face. You just like her so much. Does it really get any better than this?

On the screen, a guy with a knife chases a young couple that were in the middle of having sex.
