Some safety precautions needed

Willow looked at MacKenzie, who was now standing, unsteadily on her feet, the length of the chains allowing her to partially cover her breasts with her forearms. At first MacKenzie did not understand how this would protect Willow from involuntary actions on her part, but when the leather pieces turned out to be cuffs which fastened round her ankles then she understood.
