MacKenzie knew it was not her place even to speculate on why so many and such intimate figures should be required, but was soon too distracted by the process to think about anything. Willow did not have a tape measure, but had managed to find a large quantity of cord, of various lengths and thicknesses, which were marked in bands, changing colour every centimetre. Willow used the thicker cords for MacKenzie's legs, arms and body. Even the very first measurement, where Willow wrapped a cord around MacKenzie's left ankle, left MacKenzie with a memory of how it felt to have her ankle wrapped in cord like that. The memory stayed as Willow measured MacKenzie's calf, and then below, around and above her knee. Willow then switched to MacKenzie's right leg, and then slightly higher up MacKenzie's left leg before switching to MacKenzie's waist.

MacKenzie could not see any methodical pattern in the way she was being measured. Sometimes, as with her legs, Willow seemed to be heading for an intimate destination, and MacKenzie could feel her anticipation building - what would Willow do when she got there ? Then Willow would switch and start measuring somewhere else. Using banded cords rather than a tape measure meant that Willow had to count the bands, her fingers brushing MacKenzie's skin as she did so.

In many places these touches would make MacKenzie flinch, either because they were tickling or they had hit an erogenous spot. Willow was mostly very patient and would repeat the measurement or reassure MacKenzie that she would get back to that one 'When you are less wriggly'. Sometimes she would deliver a sharp spank or pinch MacKenzie's nipples and command her to 'Stop squirming', but unfortunately these seemed to have the opposite effect.

Accurate breast measurement seemed to be important as they were measured in multiple ways, sometimes with cords tight around the base of the breast to hold them in place, and then others to measure the circumference at different distances from the base. Elaborate constructions of cord held them in a variety of positions, sometimes with MacKenzie's assistance using cords held in her cuffed hands to provide her breast with extra support, even if the support was thin cords tight around her nipples. If she let go of a cord in surprise at an unexpected touch during the measurement process - which did involve a lot of unexpected touches, or the measurements showed that she had not been trying as hard on one side as the other, resulting in an ugly height difference, even if too small to be visible to the naked eye, then Willow would kindly allow her to try again.

When MacKenzie's nipples became sore or over sensitive from this treatment Willow would gently massage them. Once Willow had mentioned that MacKenzie's nipples might possibly be too dry - 'Not your fault - some girls just suffer from that and don't even know', and had explained the possible consequences of such a condition, then Willow would reluctantly use her tongue and lips to moisten them.

MacKenzie was so grateful to her friend - she could feel the warmth all through her body, and then ultra sensitivity of encroaching Nipple Fever, and had begged Willow to save her from it. Willow kindly obliged, although embarrassingly MacKenzie found this friendly action extremely arousing.
