Do you have a Devil Fruit or not?

If you have a Devil Fruit, you have four choices:

Draw Draw Fruit: Draw anything, and it will come to life and serve you.
Wind Wind Fruit: Control wind.
Eye Eye Fruit: It's basically a Sharingan. Allows you to predict enemy movements, copy techniques (and Devil Fruits, for a limited amount of time) and more.
Ghost Ghost Fruit: Become a ghost at will.

If you don't have a Devil Fruit, you have some choices in what fighting technique you specialize in:

Sword Master
Hand-to-Hand Combat Master
Bow Master
Leg Master (Ultra-dangerous kicks)
