Potential House Buyer

Marquis peered out of the master bedroom window, eyes wandering about till he spotted the buxom model in her lounger. Soon enough, his thoughts had trailed to a list of things he’d do to her, especially to those massive udders she sported. Completely oblivious to the realtor who was giving him that last minute tour, he just stared at Wendy for a good couple minutes, suddenly reminded when his shoulder was tapped.

“Excuse me, sir, I think it’s best we finish the tour bef…” The young realtor was suddenly hushed by the turn of Marquis’ large frame, giving him a slight grin before he spoke.

“I’ll speak to the misses about it. I’ll be sure to double your commission once the deal has been made.” he replied as he walked out of the room, leaving the agent a bit happy that his work was done. Seemed like nothing could stop this well to do black man from scoring the home and a night with the famous model.

Marquis made his way downstairs, past the kitchen, right into the outdoors where the top heavy woman relaxed. She’d yet to be aware of his presence as he quietly made his way before her, only to be spotted at the corner of her eye. She jumped at the sight of him, taken by surprise to find a man so towering right beside her lounger. Marquis just stood there, gaze still transfixed at the curvy bosom Wendy was known for.

“Can...can I help you?” she asked in a tone mixed with concern and a bit of worry. She’d completely forgotten when the tour was planned to end, already jumping the gun while Marquis squeezed into the last time slot.

Marquis chuckled a bit, hands crossed as he took attention to her gorgeous face for the time being. “You can help me buy this house if you want. Fuck, I’d even put in a little extra for some time with you.”

Wendy was taken off guard, insulted that she’d consider a sexual favor just so she could get more out of her property. “Wow, how dare you consider me a slut for hire. How about you get your ass out of here befo..”

“Extra twenty percent, on top of paying off whatever commission you had to give to that loser agent.” Another interruption, but certainly for an offer hard to refuse in that market.
