Police Officer

You don't even really need to look at most of the list: you find your quarry right off: 'Police Officer'.

You don't trust the government as far as you can throw them, because you have seen how the shit floats to the top, and how a lot of policemen are probably card carrying members of the KKK in their off hours, but you know that there is one part of the **** that makes you PERFECTLY suited to working for: Internal Affairs.

Busting 'Dirty' cops? That's practically your dream job! Getting to bring down the men and women who betray their oath's to 'Protect and Serve', and instead are out for no one but themselves? Sweet, sweet, music!

You tell 'Jen' that you want to work for the Police, facing down badguys and making a difference, and she smiles, thinking that what you REALLY mean is you want to be a costumed crusader like in the old comic books, and knowing that things don't really work that way: but having no idea that you are fully aware of how they ACTUALLY Work. She taps a few more buttons on the Tablet and says. "Good luck with that, you will matriculate with the next Police Academy class in a month, try to stay out of trouble till then, and NO vigilante-ism!"

The door hisses open and you are shown out, leaving the federal building by the main doors this time, and finding it is long after dark. You tendered your resignation this morning, by e-Mail but still, so you are at a loss as to what to do for the next month before you start training to become an Officer of the Law, but you know that you will have to keep yourself occupied, you always have had trouble with dealing with boredom, and DON'T want to screw this up...
