Playing with light gases

Normally, people would use light gases such as helium to inflate balloon or hydrogen for inflatable plagrounds and vehicles. But now, some apparently use them on themselves.

You would usually expect these gases to give humans nothing else but a high-pitched voice. But seem that some people manage to get else instead.
