Play it safe

The smart play, to you, was not trying your usual tricks on these particular ladies.

They huddled up for the next few minutes, obviously debating the offer.

As they did, you felt a nervousness overtake you as you began to worry that they might say no.

You had gotten pretty far with them, but no one was under any pretense of exactly what you were offering.

After a bit of debate, they broke the huddle and turned to you, right before Brenda gave you the answer.
