Plan to take over the town.

After seeing what both Jackie and BoyToy could do, Malicia figured out a way to gain control of the city, and possibly, the world, as well as get the last three Rangers out of her hair. She'd use Jackie's breast mik to make the citizens of Sunnyvale both pliable and horny. Once that was done, she'd have BoyToy bring to life enough dolls to fuck the citizens into submission. She had to do several things first to make sure this was going to work. It could be absorbed when someone took a shower or bath, along with into anything that was boiled in water and then was eaten by someone, regardless of filters or purifiers.

Once she did that, she'd have everyone under age leave town, not caring what happened to their families, and have their families to allow them to leave. Malicia figured once that happened, there'd be no one left to fight, and she wasn't a big fan of herself, or any of her minions sleeping with minors, she was evil, but she did have atleast some standards. Once all the underaged children were out, she'd release the toys, have them obtain access to the funds of everyone who had money, figuring she'd probably have to take care of the homless and poor as well, and have her toy minions fuck the old and ugly to ****, and the young and attractive into submission. If she was to take over the world and turn everyone into her fuck toys, she was going to have attractive people.

After planning out that, and how she was going to handle the remaining Rangers, she put the plan into action.
