Pick up out and about

"Very good, sir." The person on the other side says. "Any certain way you'd like to meet her, or for her to be dressed up?" You ponder that for a moment before giving a brief description. "Alright," the person says. "please give us 48 hours to a week and you'll receive a call letting you know your 'bot is ready for pickup."

After finalizing the order, the call ends and you are left with a raging boner. You try to beat off as little as possible for the next few days. You still end up tugging a few out, but you have to admit you show admirable restraint if you do say so yourself.

You've calmed down marginally when you get a call after walking into your house after work on the third day. The message is short and to the point. "Your order of Cordelia Chase is active and waiting for you behind the grocery store at Avenue and Wilsonshire. She thinks she's just called her agency begging for an audition or any job at all and been sharply shot down. She's currently in tears and ready for pickup. Enjoy your purchase sir!"

You take a few minutes to change your shirt into a polo you had lying around and then jump in your SUV and do your best not to break speed limits on your way. The store is actually pretty close to your place and after parking in the half empty lot, you step in to pick up a few things. You've been mulling over the approach you'd use with her since you made the order, and you've made your decision by now. Walking out with some fairly light groceries, you saunter around the back as casually as you can and soon pick up the sound of muffled sobbing.
