“Ugh, it’s so hot outside,” Ann complained. “Do we have to do this now? Besides, didn’t we just pull off a big heist? We deserve a break,” she said.

“We’re just building up momentum,” Morgana said. “If we stop here, we have to start over.”

“Yeah, besides, you’re the one who came here in your school uniform. If you’re so bothered by the heat, you should have got changed,” said Ryuji.

“There’s nothing wrong with this uniform,” Ann snapped. “It’s the summer uniform. Meant for, you know, summer!” Ann said, giving a twirl which displayed her long, toned legs. “Besides,” she reminded him, “I’m a model. I’m supposed to make what I’m wearing look good.”

“That is a travesty!” exclaimed Yusuke, suddenly incensed.

“W-what?!” stuttered Ann, startled.

“To let your sublime beauty be marred by such common clothing! It is a desecration of the arts!”

“Beauty?!” Ann said blushing. “You think I’m beautiful?”

Yusuke continued, oblivious. “And to wear such plain panties! You should be wearing lace, or side-ties with thighhighs. To think that you went with light blue str-“

Ann hit the back of his head. “You saw?” she asked, her face aflame, her hand involuntarily going to the hem of her skirt.

“Well, you kind of just did flash everyone in the room,” said Ryuji, averting his eyes and blushing.

“Can we get on topic?” snapped Morgana. “We can talk about Ann’s lack of stylish panties some other time.” Ann glared at him.

“In any case, we need to figure out what is going on with these clothing thefts. Next week at school, keep your eyes open for any clues. The culprit is probably someone within the school itself.”

“Where should we start looking?” Ann asked.

“Well,” Morgana continued, “Most of the people have targeted so far are people with expensive tastes in clothes. The more recent targets have been mainly girls.”

“There’s no risk of Ann being targeted,” Yusuke said in a huff. “She doesn’t even pick out matching underwear, let alone expensive ones.”

“Shut up! exclaimed Ann. “I just washed these this morning. I was in a rush! It’s your fault for scheduling this so early. She stopped in her tracks. “Wait, how do you know that?” she asked, with consternation on her face.

“Ah, well, it’s a hot day, and you are wearing a white dress shirt,” Ryuji offered.

Looking down, Ann realized that her white shirt was actually quite transparent. It clung to the curve of her breasts, displaying her generous cleavage and the pastel pink bra underneath. Blushing furiously, she stormed off, her arms folded over her chest.

“I’ll show them tomorrow,” she declared. “They’ll learn not to underestimate me.”
